NOTE: I WAS WARNED BY A MODERATOR THAT IF I DON'T STOP TROLLING, I WILL BE BANNED AND WILL HAVE TO MAKE A NEW ID. AND I DON'T WANT TO THINK OF ANOTHER ID NAME. YOU UNREALISTIC SUNSHINE PUMPERS DO NOT HAVE TO READ MY POSTS. I ONLY EMBARRASS YOU PEOPLE AFTER YOU PERSONALLY ATTACK FIRST. SOME OF YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH ABOUT HOW POOR OUR FOOTBALL TEAM IS SO YOU START WITH THE PERSONAL ATTACKS. JUST IGNORE MY POSTS IF YOU'RE THAT INSECURE.

Sunshine Pumpers read no further..... Thx.

Didn't you listen.. I said read no further, sunshine pumper. You didn't listen, did you! :coffee:
Certainly the huskers aren't bringing those corrupt officials they had against washington. Anyone see that shit? Not 1, not 2, but 3 bullshit kick catch interference penalties against washington. One of them Washington scored a TD on. 100 Percent corrupt calls. But sadly it doesn't even matter. I hope I'm wrong, but I think we get exposed badly this week. How I freaking wish we had our defense from 4 or 5 years ago for this game. It would atleast then be respectable. In fact if this game were played in Laramie 5 or 6 years ago, I would be picking Wyoming to win. Glenn vs. Callahan? Yep, Wyoming wins. Unfortunately the timing is not good. The only possible hope that I see of any type of moral victory is if they have mercy on us and are just sleep walking thru this game getting ready for the start of the big 10. I'm having nightmares of Martinez jogging in for TD after TD after TD against our completely undersized, overmatched and overwhelmed defense. If Weber State and 2-10 Bowling Green put up 500 yards on us, what is Nebraska going to do?? Damn I really do wish we coulda got these bastards during the callahan era. As is, I feel they can run in a TD every possession on us. I don't see us stopping them from running 5-10 yards per play. Our LB's playing D-line... well I feel sorry for them trying to go up against guys twice their size. I hope there is a miracle in the works but....
My heart prediction: 52-3 Wyoming. :thumb: My head says 48-17 Huskers; and they ease up in the 2nd half.

You sure have been one miserably sob since losing that testicle to your grandma in the knife fight, now go pop her a big bowl of popcorn and make up. Maybe she will kiss it and make it feel better.
I got Wyo by eleventeen.

The Pokes will get some points in this one, hell everybody else has... I'd still lay the points.
Huskers get up early and roll 49-20

Oh, this one will be too easy for the Cornhuskers...just a tidy up game before Wisky...which is the real focus (right?). I say the Pokes roll over like a big ol' dog (because that is what we non-AQ, non -B1G folks do) and let them beat us by half a hundred. Like 75-25 or so, with 45k Husker fans in attendance. ;)

Sarcasm aside...I say this looks more like South Dakota State than the last Washington/NU contest.

I haven't watched any of Wyoming's games this year, but my guess is they'll pose a fair challenge. As long as Nebraska abstains from turnovers, Nebraska wins by about 20 points.

I think Nebraska probably wins easily. The question will be how it happens. Nebraska has had some slow starts these last two games and that has to be driving Pelini nuts. I would expect them to try to put this away early so they can get the starters out and save them for next week. So, the Pokes need to weather the storm early and try to get to the second half still within 2 touchdowns. What I really want to see from teh Pokes is just a more solid performance. Better punts from McCoy (and he will get plenty of opportunities I'm afraid); good physical play from our defensive front. And I definetly want to see improvement from the secondary.

I think this game very well could get out of hand as bad as the OP thinks. Our defense didn't play particularly well last Saturday, but I am confident that Pelini will have things in order by the time we kick this one off on Saturday night. That, and getting Alfonzo Dennard back in the lineup should help our secondary tremendously. Offensively, I believe that we are going to have a lot of success running the football. I think we'll see 3+ TD runs for Taylor and I think that Rex will go out there and be Rex.

My prediction:

Nebraska- 56
Wyoming- 13
