What offense does LA run? Every time I see a Larry highlight he's trying to be sound with a pick or his positioning and everyone else is just standing around watching the ball....WTF?

It's the "stand around and let a guy who should have retired a few years ago jack up bricks while everyone else watches" offense.

That was Greg Monroe and he actually made that face after a foul on another play in the game so I am not sure why they even put that clip in there. I guess for the dramatic effect.

On Offense Nance pretty much sets picks for guys during most of the game when he is in there. They have Kobe and Lou Williams , Nick Young and Deangelo who all shoot the ball quite a bit so they don't need Nance to score. Plus Larry said he would rather pass it than shoot it anyways.

With that being said Byron Scott's offense sucks for the most part and when Kobe retires and Nance gets more confidence he will shoot more. The fact he is starting this much is good for him though. Think he will keep getting better and better.
