Nance update

I came across this article the other night and it has some kind words for Nance jr to open up.

Nance will be starting tonight! Byron Scott says he wants to see his team play with more energy, so he's benching their number 1 picks from the last 2 seasons to give larry more time!

6 points makes me wonder if Kobe took all those other shots, 6 boards and 3 blocks, that kicks ass tho
I watched some of the first half. As someone who has never liked Kobe, I love the way he is going out. He's an embarrassment on the court. He's launching up brick after brick like he's in his prime. Nance was playing solid, although I did see him miss a defensive rotation which gave up an easy putback.

I love seeing the box score for Kobe read: 4/13 from the field and 1/7 from 3.
It's great lol.

He's matched up multiple times with No. 1 pick Karl-Anthony Towns, and holding his own on defense, being a pest and making it tough for Towns to get good position. Got his shot blocked on offense, but has an early assist.

Cowherd said that the Lakers benched their young lotto picks so they wouldn't get into bad habits playing with Kobe.

Meaning they are putting more emphasis on the other guys development more than Larry.

As expected. They have more invested in Randle than they do Nance.

Larry is more capable off playing off Kobe than Randle is, anyways. I think it's a good thing.

The more I read about the situation the more it pisses me off. Larry could not have landed in a worse situation. He could have gotten drafted by the Sixers, but that may or may not have been worse.

Larry has to stand around watching Kobe, Nick Young and Lou Williams chuck. That's got to be fun.

It's got to be so frustrating for Larry who has a very high basketball IQ, and is a very well rounded team player.

He knows what to do and what not to do, yet he is watching Kobe and the biggest idiot in the NBA just be complete trash, yet has no say in it because he is a rookie. And a non-lottery rookie.

At least he is making money and showing he can play.

Too bad he isn't scoring.

He's gonna need an ice bath tonight. Aldridge looks twice his size but Hibbert is so slow and can't keep up so nance has to guard Aldridge instead of Duncan
