The Wyoming allotment won't go on sale to the general public because it will be sold out, but those are only 500 tickets. There will still be plenty of seats available in non-alloted sections or in the sections for other schools like AFA and SJSU.
Edit: It looks like some good info was posted on GWG regarding this.

Apparently I just need to track down a season ticket holder or a cjc member and have them buy them for me. I'm sure it's a no no but I doubt anyone follows those rules anyway as much of a mess as our athletics departments are.
It shouldn't take so much effort to support your team no wonder people are fed up with it. Outside of being a die hard fan I would have already said I'm done wasting my time.

I just called Air Force and they are sold out but I can buy tickets from Nevada which is seated by wyoming too. Its crazy i can call these other schools and get tickets so easily but I call our ticket office and I cant get any tickets ...

I did hear that the upper bowl goes on sale to the public sometime soon too but wyo ticket office told me there would be no tickets to go public ..... i was very confused to say the least . Thanks for all your help guys. Seems like I only post on here when i need all of your advice but trust me i read all of your great posts and information daily. Love the pokes and love WYO NATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great to have this luxury as a die hard fan.

Every school is selling them for $220 for general public. Nevada started selling them to General Public back in December around Christmas. I have the phone number for buy Nevada tickets and Air Force section tickets neither of their websites have them available to purchase by public but both are selling them.

I received an email today that said my tickets were on their way already. I bought mine from SJSU last week and they told me they didn't expect to sell very many. my email stated that my seats were part of the first selection so they would be very good. They will still have a lot to sell and might still have very good seats. they are on the opposite side of the arena, but SJSU has the lower seating, so a good chance they will be down very near the court

Wyoming Athletics has an extremely limited number of All-Session passes remaining. At this time, we're only accepting ticket requests.
Please enter the quantity of All-Session passes you would like to request below. The request is FREE. Requests will be determined based on Cowboy Joe Club priority points. Tickets will be allocated on Jan. 23 at 5:30pm.
If we are able to fulfill your request:
We will automatically charge the credit card on your account and e-mail a confirmation for your order.
All-Session passes are $220 each and there is a $10 per-order processing fee.
If you would like to request a VIP package, please call 1-877-WYO-FAN1.
If we are unable to fulfill your request:
