MWC Tournament vs Boise

One of the worst halves I have seen us play. Offense is terrible, plenty of bad turnovers already, no defense on Boise on their 3s or on armus and maldo for some reason deciding to shoot a bunch of 3s tonight which the worst aspect of his game
 
Well, that half ended about as bad as it could have.

When you're not hitting shots you can't give the ball away. We didn't get a shot off twice and had dumb turnovers.
 
No one is going to beat Boise when Kigab's garbage shot is 3-3 from deep and they make every free throw as a garbage free throw shooting team. Wyoming's defense is making a bunch of bad offensive players look like all-NCAA players.
 
We don’t deserve the NCAA if we are going to play this bad.

No point in getting in.

Wyoming seems to have peaked a month ago and has been absolutely horrible the last 3 weeks.

They really did... Great peak but you have to go up another notch in March. Still a tough team but against teams that have made that jump... It's not pretty.
 
maldo should never shoot a 3. I'd rather dusell or jeffries throw up a defended 3 than Maldo shoot an open 3.
 
Look, we simply don't have the bench to play back to back games. We dropped off when the rescheduled games started to be played. Can't expect what is basically a seven man rotation to sustain a competitive level when there is one or zero days between games.

I agree that the bench is short but this drop off is huge. They are playing worse than just being tired

Yeah. We really don’t have anything on offense anymore. We’ll get smashed in ncaas if we make it. Nit maybe too

They really don't want to call fouls when Ike has the ball, other than that it's been ok. When Smith can't miss and Kijab is perfect from the floor while Armush is schooling you, it'll be tough to win.
