So I guess at this point and time we all need to start rooting Fresno State on to win out or we are going to see BSU or SDSU will the MWC Title and I sure as shit don't want SDSU or BSU winning it.
 
SDSU will likely win it, but there is a chance we see BSU, FSU, SDSU all tie for first. If Fresno loses tonight, the worse case scenario comes into play: The Big East schools both finish tied for 1st.
 
That is why we 1. Root on Fresno State to win and 2. We beat SDSU ( ikr lol @ this ) sad story but we are the only team that can keep SDSU from getting a share of the title :( fucking Cowboys playing like dog shit all year letting SDSU sneak in there ugh I swear.

We could walk into the locker room at halftime up by 42 against SDSU and we'd still lose the game. What on earth goes on in there at halftime? We've looked worse in the second half in almost every single game.
 
There have been a ton of games we have looked bad in the 3rd quarter but there are quite a few we have had amazing 4th quarters. So we can come alive in the 4th problem is we always give up the 1st half lead in a horrifically played 3rd quarter.

Like I said- we come out of the locker room down in almost every game. We haven't had all that many great 4th's either when you toss out the ones where we "played not to lose" a lead.
 
Wyoming points per quarter per game looks something like this.

Q1 - 22 Wyoming 8.9
Q2 - 98 Wyoming 5.6
Q3 - 88 Wyoming 4.6
Q4 - 59 Wyoming 7.1
OT - 19 Wyoming 0.8

So nationally and statistically Wyoming is an awful team in the 2nd the 3rd quarter. We come on strong in the 1st quarter and we flat-line in the 2nd I think this is 90% a momentum issue, We are miserable in the 3rd and I think a lot of that has to do with lost momentum in the 2nd quarter. We then once again start to turn it on in the 4th.

If we could pick up 2nd and 3rd quarter output we would be such a strong team. We just can't maintain a lead through those 2 quarters where we are flat. Either the defense just gives up stupid long plays with wide open receivers or something else.

If you look at the other side of the ball how our defense handles each quarter it's pretty sad.

Q1 - 87 Wyoming 8.1
Q2 - 111 Wyoming 12.1
Q3 - 71 Wyoming 6.9
Q4 - 88 Wyoming 7.8

Those 2 quarters are just as bad for the defense as they are for the offense. I mean I personally can't understand why our own coach can't pull up this same data look at it and say ok in the 2nd quarter I'm putting the pedal to the metal not letting up and nailing the coffin shut.

But he hasn't done it, not this year not last year and I don't expect him to do it next year either.
