MWC Mountain Division rated higher than SEC East

Do you guys think there's any validity to this or is it because those teams face great teams week in and week out? Also, I wonder what the SEC homers think about an article like this lol.

Air Force .......... Tennessee
Utah State .......... Vanderbilt

Hmm...not sure how we would match up against Florida, Kentucky, Georgia, SC and Tenn. Certainly wouldn't mind our chances against Vandy and Mizzou. I think Boise would match up a little better against most of these teams, but still not great against Florida, UGA and SC.
