A few thoughts:

Who gave Fresno a first place vote?

We're pegged low because we lost a LOT of contributors. Not worried, though. We were picked 6th last season.

Good to see Adams on the preseason 1st team. I wasn't sure he would make it.

I hate when people say "right where we wanna be" for something like this, but that being said I'm not concerned about it. That's pretty fair considering what we lost. Just gotta hope the newcomers are as good as we all seem to think they will be

Why? Losing Marks will hurt but they'll get Drmic back. Webb will be that much better, and Duncan will stretch defenses. Harwell's injury sucks for them. I don't know that they're the second best team in the conference but I don't expect a huge drop for them at all.

Agree with all this. I think Boise is the 1st or 2nd best team in the conference pre-season. I also think UNLV may contend for the top spot. Even though Rice isn't the greatest coach they have the most talent top to bottom they have had since he has been there. His freshman this year are ridiculous. Derrick Jones reminds me of Zach Lavine. Can jump out of the gym and has a jumper also.

Wyoming is about where I expected them to be and think they will probably finish anywhere from 5th to 8th in conference this year. We have young talent but it isn't the type of young talent UNLV has. Will take us until next year to be back in the top half of the conference in my opinion but maybe they will surprise me this year.
