Say it isn't so...

Wish I could find the thread where all the naysayers sunshine pumpers (that have brown & gold blinders on) were doubting this ever happened, and couldn't happen in little 'ol Laramie. Then again, why bother?

Unlikely he'll see any time, hopefully will be unsupervised probation which will allow him to continue playing basketball overseas. It is very rare to see probation in federal sentencing, but I think he is a good candidate. If he spent a significant amount of time in jail it's likely he will receive credit for time served, and undergo a period of supervised release.

With a felony on his record his international travel may be over - he may not be able to get the visas he will need.
