HEAD COACH CRAIG BOHL

•”I thought our defense responded well. They came up with some turnovers and created a lot of opportunistic plays.”

•”I think you need to credit the strength and conditioning staff. Our guys are bigger and stronger.”

•”As I watched the flow of the game, I knew if we didn’t create some turnovers, we’d have to start chasing points on offense and get out of our comfort zone.”

•”Typically in early games, one of the biggest things that can make a difference is penalties. I thought we were pretty clean on penalties tonight.”

•”What’s great is we beat an SEC team, a good SEC team and we didn’t play our best football.”

•”We’re trying to stay away from the heavy ebbs and flows. We want to establish ourselves as a really good football team and program.”

•”I think these are wins that help define programs, that are building blocks. We believe the University of Missouri has a good football team, they’re going to win a lot of football games. They’re athletic and well-coached. I have a lot of respect for coach Odom.”

•”Certainly a game that had a lot of ebbs and flows. There’s going to be some things that we need to correct, but the effort was there. I think as a football team we’re certainly stronger than we were was last year.”

•”It became apparent early on that we were able to establish the line of scrimmage. Certainly Sean’s athleticism was big, making plays with his legs and some with his arm. He’s a really competitive player.”

People really don't think too much of Wyoming. Its too bad. We have up and down years - and Koeenning really killed the program off. At least we are headed in the right direction!
