on the price can't be any worse then that.

I have zero confidence we can win two more games this year. So who's it going to be for the next head coach?

Give me Breske. I would rather lose 10-7 then 55-22 to a 2-4 team at home.

Who do you have in mind Poke fans?

Maybe Franchione.

I do believe DC has beaten 5 teams with winning records in 5 year's. 5 fucking teams, put that into perspective.

Doubtful. He is a Texas guy. And is it really a good idea to bring in a 63 year old coach?

Whomever the next guy is I want him to have a serious pedigree for building pipe hitting defenses...I know offense is all the rage these days, but you can and should (especially with where we play) build a team in Laramie with an emphasis on the D...balanced out with a good offense that can score at an appreciable pace.

I'd love to know if Craig Bohl might be interested...Washington Defensive Coordinator Justin Wilcox should be given a call as well.

I will say this... and im usually pretty optimistic; its like emergency room triage, we need find the bleeding and make it STOP.

a total lack of adaptation.

burman better have a tough night sleeping, the posse is forming for a change.

we can't fudge the books by playing inferior talent, then get our asses handed too us by a 2-4 team that went on the road to Alabama. we got the brakes beat off us.

so many things I want to say, about the defensive schemes... the lack of pressure, and the horrible tackling.

and the offense looked putrid. we don't have enough balls to change routes when people scheme to put medium nickel coverage on us.

we completely lack a big package, we have 0 creativity when it comes to running the football.

we are in the middle of a meltdown.

surprised that csu fans have stayed off our forum. weird.

That's why I like Breske. He doesn't have head coaching experience, but we had the best Wyoming defense we've had in the last 25 years under Breske.

Nowhere Poke is right though. If we leave this up to Tom Burman, we're in for more of the same. It might be time to bring in a new A.D. I wonder if the school president has any connections from his days at Okie State? He knows the importance of athletics to a university. This can't be sitting well with him.

Carbon,
You are usually a voice of optimistic reason. I am hopeful that other optimistic, supportive fans can see the writing on the wall as well as you can.

While athletic programs in many areas of the country are waxing, ours is waning, and it starts at the top.
Burman needs to go, we need a real vision, a real plan, and it needs to be shared with and supported by the people of WY

Justin Wilcox... You mean the guy who's D just got gashed for almost 600 yards and 53 points on the same night as our shamble. I don't recall him doing well against Oregon either...

I will say this about hiring college coaches...

going with nfl assistants is usually a nono... unless they have had success first at the college level. bringing in a pro coaches with 0 recruiting tendencies is a bad idea.

there are two really good defensive co-coordinators on urban myers staff at Ohio State, the hold over from the last staff and urban's guy.

one would probably leave.

maybe mike stoops at Oklahoma.

I like the idea of asking the president about his connections at Oklahoma state...

its all just ideas at this point... but Saturday was unacceptable and there should be some pressure applied.

lol I leave for 24 hours and CDC is out already in the minds of CDC fans.

We're going to win the MWC, run the table in 2014.....to fire CDC.....in one day. Only at WyoNation.

Tom Burman, Dave Christensen, Gary Barta, Joe Glenn, it doesn't matter.

95% chance it won't matter who is in charge, Wyo will remain mediocre. Hate to be the one to break it to you, boys.
