The only difference this year is turnovers. The offense still sucks! This offense has scored 1 touchdown this year against average or above competition. 0 vs. texas.. 0 vs. colorado... 0 vs. airforce... 1 vs. utah (gimmicky double pass). So much for the national offensive coordinator of the year doing any good.
That loss to utah was so fvckin embarassing. browder drops the game winning pick six, then the team folds like the bunch of fvckin losers they are. Football is about confidence. Never at any point did the Cowgirls think they were going to win that game.. They were simply satisfied by being doubled up 22-10.
utah is so overrated its unbelievable. That loss is all mental. Too many losers on the team that do not know how to win and are scared of winning. It's an embarrassing fvckin joke. utah looked like they didn't practice for wyoming, didnt' care about the game. they acted like they knew we would rollover, and they were right. this team is a disgrace. So what has christenson done... he's done great with the turnovers and that is a big plus. the offense still sucks, and the defense is getting slowly worse.. just like i expected. Anyone watch missouri's defense the last few weeks? Perennial losers! It's a mindset.
boise state plays and expects to win with their 2 and 3 star players. we don't, and its sickening to watch a team that has the mentality to just rollover instead of putting a fvckin nail in the coffin. whats worse is you fans who are happy with a 22-10 loss that should've been atleast a 17-3 win.

I was pinning this guy for a BYU fan, but I think he's starting to show his true colors recently. Yet another Boise St. Troll.

There is only one fvcking loser here, and it is you East Popcorn. Go douche and say hi to Billy for us.

Is it...Mr. Cockhill (or is it Glenn, or Germer, or Applewhite, or Breske, or Robinson, or Cole, or Wizniewski, or Knutson)? Just by not replying, we all know it is one of you bastards.

So, WyoNation, pick your pony!! Which former lame ass coach from the Glenn era is EPS?

Most disgruntled when the axe fell was Cockmaster...as per the letter to the editor(s) a few months ago, so he is my horse! Although the most negative and definitely least skilled was Wiz...hmmmm...

Glenn is one of the nicest guys around. I talked to him after he knew he'd get canned, and he said it was something the program had to do, and that he would have done the same if he was in their seat. I don't get why people try and act like he's a the biggest dickwad on earth when he gave this program all he had - it just so happens that his best wasn't what is required at an FBS school.

Seriously, it annoys the crap out of me. To my knowledge, he hasn't trashed this school at all, and he was always a stand-up guy when he was here, apart from the middle finger incident (though it was well deserved). He always took the time to talk, to show interested people around the facilities, would explain why his practices looked the way they did, etc. I kind of wish he'd get some kind of promotional role with the Athletics Department, because it sure seems he's more suited to something like that than coaching.

Also, while he's definitely to blame for our lack of difference makers on offense, shouldn't we give him at least SOME credit for how solid the defense is?

I think most people respect what Joe did for the program. I certainly do. He brought us back form the brink of extinction from the first 3 years of this decade where we went something like 5-27 under Koening. He also played a big role in getting the necessary donations for some major facility upgrades.

He simply couldn't get over the hump in conference. He went as far as he could and most people are grateful for that what he did accomplish. But he needed to go. He did all he could and it was his time. To take the next step up we need a different kind of intensity and coaching, which I think DC is bringing to the table.

Agreed on all counts. Joe Glenn is a stand up guy, and a great human being. The problem was he wasn't a great coach for us. I'm with Asmodean, stop trashing his personality. His coaching is fair game (and I think we've ripped that apart for long enough), but he isn't the douche that some people seem to think he is.

Maybe I missed it, but who (on here) thinks Glenn is a dickwad? He was a terrific man here at Wyoming, and was a great ambassador for Wyoming Athletics. And yes, he was a poor D1 FBS coach. And yes, he was too loyal to a group he surrounded himself with that weren't worth a shit (of course not all, but most).

I can tell you this, and I know it for a fact, he wasn't happy and smiling and jovial when he was fired from Wyoming. He never contemplated (whatsoever) working in ANY other capacity at Wyoming! He was upset, and rightfully so. Will Wyoming have a special place in his heart? Sure, maybe. But Wyoming fired him, and that, no matter who you are, sucks and creates animosity.

Did he turn bitter enough to pose as EPS? My guess is no, but other than him, that door is wide open to the rest of them.

It seems like every troll gets accused of being one of the past coaches and there have been quite a few snide remarks about the piano man, that's where I'm getting it from. I do happen to have ties to some of them, since my wife taught some of their kids (as well as CB Tramaine Brown's son LaDainian) while in Laramie and she's still in contact with their wives. I have yet to hear anybody trash Wyoming, and as a matter of fact, some of them are thankful for the recommendations from the University that landed them new jobs at places like Stanford.

As for being loyal, I think it's tough not to be in that situation, and that was definitely one of Glenn's weaknesses. He was too soft-hearted to handle the ruthlessness that is sometimes required to be competitive. It works at a school like Montana or Northern Colorado, but not when you're part of the MWC or bigger divisions.

Anyways - I know I'm biased in this since I did talk to Glenn quite a few times, and he gave my brother sideline passes for a couple of games for no other reason than that my brother came in from Sweden twice to watch Wyoming games and followed the team's practices every year he came to visit. I know Glenn is not a top coach, and I'm very excited DC came here, as I do think he does have what it takes to get this program to the top of the MWC within a few years.

Didn't you read the letters to the editor when Cockhill &/or his father trashed Wyoming? But, and most importantly, I don't know if I really blame them. If I was in their shoes, I may have done the same / similar. The cockmaster was sold out (kind of) by Glenn...even though he really did suck as a coach.

I still think there is a great shot that EPS could very easily be a former coach. There is educated history in some of those posts. Nobody else but EPS comes to mind...so I can't comment on any other troll poster.

If EPS was a former coach, he'd know that implementing new systems take time. It's the same everywhere, unless the players you had to start with already fit the new system better than the old, which is definitely not the case here.
