Didn't see that coming! LOL!

See ya later, motherfuckers!

McPeachy, that made my dady!!! Hilarious!

But seriously, no surprise here. I really dont think that is a good move for either one from a basketball stand point. Lets see what Shyatt and Duncan came come up with for replacements.

Good. Hope Harrison leaves too. Shyatt has a nice advantage in recruiting. One, he is a seasoned coach. Two, the recuits know he will probably be around as long as they are. Three, with the depleated ranks, the recruit will have a good chance for a lot of minutes.

Problem is, there are very few recruits left at this point. Spring signees are notoriously over-recruited. Especially big men. You will see JC big men get "power" conference offers when they should be playing at a WAC/OVC type of level.

I think we have the makings of a quality staff, but they are going to be hard pressed to fill out the roster for next year.

If I am reading statements by Shyatt and Duncan between the lines accurately, I don't know that he will necessarily try to fill all available scholarships in the spring recruiting period. I seem to recall reading some comments of his that insinuated that they wouldn't blow scholarships immediately on guys that won't contribute just to fill out the roster. Somebody with better memories or google skills can probably find what I'm talking about. I would support this approach. I'd rather have scholarships open than filled with stiffs.

MBaye is supposedly visiting Oklahoma.. where former UNLV coach Lon Kruger is.

LOL BTW, Kruger is in way over his head taking the OU job. He'll be gone in 3 seasons tops.
