It may just be your phone. I'm not a member and I was able to vote. There is a little poll thing under the names of the players with a button to click with "vote" underneath them.

Jerry Rice may be the best player ever in the NFL. Calvin Johnson may be the most talented receiver ever in the NFL.

Marcus Harris put up better stats (in D1) and meant more individually to his team than any other candidate in college. Marcus Harris deserves it! Although, outside of Wyoming and the WAC, I doubt very many people know who he is. It is great to see him with the early lead!
