In hindsight, only problem with his twit is that he thinks Cincinnati/UConn are already going to the Big XII.

They would be farther ahead if the AAC could kick teams out. Without that, I'm not sure the AAC is really worth the move. I guarantee the TV money would be a pittance.
I don't know. Financially, it doesn't seem to pass the sniff test to me. Then again, all 4 of those schools have a very overinflated opinion of their real value. Maybe moving appeases their ego?

IMO, there isn't a team worth adding from the MWC. Not one team brings enough to add more mouths. If the Big12 expands, it will be east.J-Rod said:

If any MWC gets poached by the B12, UW has as good as a chance as any. We are already a partial member and have one of the most rabid fan bases in the West. There isnt anyone in the MWC with a killer TV draw. Boise is decent in Idaho and SDSU doesnt draw a ton of people in their own market. I don't think anyone is leaving for realignment.

Their media contract is basically the same as ours but for the next several years they have more money than us. The question is will that money launch them to being a better conference than the MW and lead to better money after the exit fees are paid. That remains to be seen but this was not a good year for the MW. However, I don't see any school leaving the MW for the AAC.

Haha I have never heard anyone complain about the noise but I have heard many players and coaches comment on how well we travel. Hell, our run through the MWC Tourney last season were home games. There is value in traveling fanbases. Haha, SDSU can't attract fans in their own city when theyre playing for conference championships. IF Wyoming was playing for Conference championships the football games would be sold out.

Haha let's be honest, Wyo fans aren't the rowdiest bunch (at least when sober), but winning changes that like you mentioned the tourney run in Vegas. I agree that we travel very well. It's because A. There's no jobs in Wyoming so graduates are forced to move out of state and can more easily attend road games and B. Wyomingites are used to driving long distances to get literally anywhere, haha.
