I loved Luke, but it is hard for me to see reviews like this with the "the next level" talk. He wasn't dominant as a college player in a mediocre MWC. I know he had injuries, but he didn't see the field a lot.

I hope he makes it to the NFL. I liked Luke a lot. I am just surprised he is on the NFL radar at all...

Maybe guys like Martin, Prosinki, Wendling etc are indirectly influencing scouts about some of these UW DBs through reputation of hard work and such..

I don't know much about Luke but I can tell you that there were pro scouts at practices almost every day this year watching and taking it all in. Granted they were looking at a couple of players but Luke was one of them.

My guess is the Purcell has to be one that scouts have been looking at.
The guy had NFL size, and is a beast. I think he can definitely play in the NFL.

He's rated the #20 DT in the class (out of over 200).

Anderson has the right idea... When he was asked about playing style he said hard hitters like Bob Sanders and John Lynch... but he also said Colt Anderson. This is a guy I would compare him too and has become a special teams stud for the Eagles! Luke could be as good as him I think, he has tremendous speed

Quite surprised Luke didn't make that list tbh.

Did not realize tat Magnuson was such a big guy. Makes me wonder why he didn't dominate more when running the ball. He could have just laid down on a DE and that would have opened up a big hole.

But Nick Carlson (always said he was a solid blocker) and Mike purcell are actually ranked pretty decently.
