He was a very good LB at UW. I always thought he was a high effort player in the NFL but a little out of his depth. I’m not surprised he isn’t their starter, now.

After what he has looked like the last few games, he shouldn't be the starter. Could he make it back, absolutely he could. Then again, as you pointed out, 4 years starting at Wyoming, and 6 in the NFL, the body takes a major beating.
