Just wondering if anyone is going to head down to Albuquerque for the game? I am hoping for some of your fans can come down. I always like having Wyoming fans down here, it's a sell out already and we are looking forward to a great match up between to great teams. Shayatt is back in Albuquerque and has a soft spot for it. We have a pregame spot at Oneill's pub bar & grill, and if any of you come down will love to have you all join us. Hope to meet some great fans. :lol: :willybs:

can't make this one, made the pathetic showing in the bowl game and can't make this one, but one of these years I plan on making a game at the Pit, remember our tourney win against Gonzaga in 02, sure hope we play you well and it's not a Lobo Blowout!! GO POKES

I almost always have the TV on mute for these broadcasts (which, as you say, are bad without HD). I do change to off-mute temporarily if something not obvious happens on court.
 
If this merger happens, and the MTN channel goes away, we will probably go back to the way it was before the MTN which was only being able to watch 2 or 3 games a year - oh yeah, but they might be in HD.

I feel ya man. Not that I love the mtn, but at least it gives some people an opportunity to watch the games. As a kid growing up it was a rarity to ever get to see the Pokes play on tv. While the mtn isn't great, it gives us something to watch. I wish there were ESPN games every once in awhile, but I for one will take what I get.
 
I love the Mtn and I will miss it if it does indeed go away. The fact that people don't like it is beyond me we use to get 2-4 games a year in Basketball and 2-3 in Football.

I for one will miss having every game televised HD or not.
 
I'd love to be there but like most, it will be TV for me. The Pit is one of the TOP venues in the nation, Lobo fans are good folks, and Albuquerque is always good to visit. Hard to beat! Hard to beat BUT, I'm feeling good with Coach Shyatt at the helm, though it will be TOUGH against a very strong Lobo team. Should be a GREAT game! Go Pokes!!!

I don't dislike the MTN. I just pay for HD so I want it in fucking HD! And better announcers. The ones on there are all jackasses

Have you ever watched any of the other conference only channels? There are very few Big Ten Network talk about awful. I've seen a lot of conference only network and none are amazing. While the announcers may not be the best they are for the most part knowledgeable.

Where I think Mtn failed was not offering web streamed events or I think the schools of the mtn west fucked up by not making sure they were able to stream their own. The CBS Sports network is the owner of all of the big streamed colleges but the problem is they only offer audio 90% of the games.

Schools that maintain their own streaming services are much better off.
 
I have watched the big 10 network and I have to say the production quality is better on most shows and there are more likable people on a lot of them than the MTN. And its all in HD
