You just can't ask for much more from a new coaching staff. Shyatt and his staff have done a great job and I'm impressed with his vision into the future. Now we have to see how this staff molds this team together. Let's don't get too impatient - this season and next we will be young, but I have a feeling we will be giving the other teams all they can handle.
