Maybe the men's team would benefit if Langley would let Schroyer talk to the team during the game. No doubt Langley and the other assistants have input but when you watch during timeouts, it seems like Langley is always stepping over Schroyer. Has to be mixed messages being sent. It certainly creates an appearance of different agendas.
When you watch the women, Joe has his conversations and the assistants have theri say, but when it comes time to talk to the team during a timeout it's Joe who speaks.
I also find our subsitution patterns a bit strange. Seems like guys never get into a flow of the game offensively, but it at leat appears like Langley makes substitutions on his own. Where's the head coach? With two guys making substitutions does that keep us from getting in an organized approach?
