I'm sure you're right. But it sure does tick me off when guys get themselves into starter positions and then do something stupid and are suspended. An awful lot of people are counting on them.

Neither do I, but generally, that's what kids are busted with at that time of night. Trust me, I hung out with some of those types in high school, though never been arrested before myself.

Nor I, but that time of night in Laramie could mean drunk in public, indecent exposure (I.e. peeing in an alley... don't ask how I know), etc. And, unless things have changed, he got booked over an hour before last call. Not defending the guy, but DUI is very serious and I very seriously hope that is not the case. If so, and I were HC, he would be off the team, not suspended.

IF (and that is a big IF) this is a DUI...

Your "off the team" comment would be a double standard. There are a few people involved in UW athletics that are not football players, that have been arrested fro DUI's and didn't even recieve a slap on the wrist. There are some that have done much worse, with the same result.

Innocent until proven guilty comes to mind, as does first offender status, as does...we have no idea of the actual details. Maybe Barney Fife was a little zealous on Sunday morning in Laramie!

Gags just tweeted that the Albany Country Detention Center just confirmed that Browder was arrested for suspicion of DUI and underage consumption.

I was gonna say, he may not be 21 and this could also be an issue, a dui is serious yes, but they happen and people make mistakes. He should be suspended not kicked off

We took down the posts for a #22 AF team? I know we took down the posts in 99' when we beat BYU (can't remember their ranking). Didn't they take them down in 2003 when we beat BYU?
