Troll much? Haha. I won't bad mouth him, but if he thinks he can find a better opportunity elsewhere, I hope the door doesnt hit him on the way out. I understand at that level, loyalty comes with Zeros behind it. That doesn't mean I have to like it. Go hire a replacement who wants to be here.

He put in his 6 years. Two stints. Can't ask for much more than that.

Duncan is a solid recruiter and judge of undiscovered / raw talent. But he is no coach, and not an X's and O's guy. He will tell you that to your face. He worked great with Shyatt, maybe there isn't such a perfect fit with Edwards. I could be wrong, but I think Duncan was the lead recruiter for Naughton, which adds to your point regarding evaluation of potential.
