To answer your question more directly, i think comparing Vigen's games against teams above 60 or maybe even 75 will be vastly different than the other sub 100 to 110 teams. I think the numbers would be much worse for Vigen than other OCs at schools ranked in the top 60 to 75.
Again, i think Vigen will do fine to generate 5 to 7 wins yearly as long as the MWC remains full of bad teams and we schedule down as much as possible outside of a money game or two.
