He was our best quarterback in the spring, he was the best quarterback on the field last week (on the bench), and he's the best quarterback on this team right now. PERIOD.

Allen was playing great, and our team had confidence right up until Allen didn't know to SLIDE....

Entire complexion of this game changed once Allen left the field...defensively our line is having trouble getting off their blocks...young secondary struggling.

Yarbrough is playing like a true leader, though. He gets pressure on their QB on almost every play despite quite a bit of double-teaming. All this after hurting his knee on the first play of the game. The guy's a fighter through and through.
 
I'm more than enthused about the future of this position with this kid. Apply the medical redshirt (he should qualify easily) and for the next 3 seasons we're going to have a hell of a quarterback.
