One of my coworkers was on that show two weeks ago, selling his condo in Boulder.
He built his own little cabin/whatever-thing on the back of his truck now, so he lives wherever he parks. Guess he was just tired of being responsible for a big place and not seeing renting as an option? Does seem like a Boulder thing to do, though.
