JD Krill: Uh oh!

Too many talented WRs to be throwing to a TE who drops the ball. He'll have to cut that out fast.

At least it sounds like he can block, so we would see him in those situations. But if he can't hold onto the ball, he won't be getting it much, if at all, considering all the WRs we have that can catch.
 
He never caught very many passes while in JUCO. He is a talented blocker and that is why he was recruited to UCONN (I believe he had a scholarship offer there). He can still help goal line and on certain running plays. He pretty much takes over Riley Lange's role from last year.

Would be nice to have a 6'5" 260 pass catcher though.
 
I honestly think he was brought in to be a blocking tight end, bulk up the running game a little. He will be solid for that, he isnt a pass catcher. We have a lot of big targets this year Nzechoa, brown, darden, sewell.
 
A highly touted JUCO TE that won't pan out to be much... Orlando Arnold anyone?

Everyone thought he was the second coming of Antonio Gates. Barely even saw the field.
