He is, he graduated from CU since he redshirted and is using his final year of eligibility this season at U Dub.
 
Well, it is becoming apparent why he hadn't caught a pass in four years at CU. Jarrod has dropped to a three position for this week, his routes were bad and he continues to drop balls in practice.
