I have not posted on here for a long time.....but I gotta say.....what a wild Wednesday. Just unreal.

Hey Bisonman! How's the fishing on the Gorge nowadays?

It has been OK lately, a very slow start on the Kokes because of the cold spring. I also think those darn ling are starting to have a negative impact on the fishery. Although, ice fishing for rainbows is still outstanding from first ice for about 2 months.

I was bummed to see that the burbot have turned up below the dam. That A section is one of my favorite stretches in the country.

Oh, football related... um... welcome Fresno and Reno.

Great picture...looks like it is in the lower WR's or outside Kemmerer. Nice!

Actually it is north of Brooks Lake by DuBois. Out on an elk hunt.

My initial reaction was that I didn't like the addition of Nevada and Fresneck. However, if you look at it by rivalries, it makes sense:

Nevada - UNLV
SDSU - Fresno
Wyoming - csu - AF
Boise - byu (if staying) - not a rivalry yet, but could develop into one.
TCU - Houston (should be the next addition)

New Mexico is really the only one without a true rival in the conference. If byu does leave, that means UTEP would likely be added and NM would have a rival, but Boise would be without one, however they already have some history with UW and TCU.

I'd like to see a 12-team conference with a championship game like this:

UW
csu
AF
byu
Boise
NM

SDSU
UNLV
Nevada
Fresno
TCU
Houston
