This teleconference is weird. It sounds like BYU has been involved with getting Fresno and Nevada to the MWC.

Sounds like the MWC chairman has been renegotiating a TV contract with Comcast and they wanted more markets in the MWC.

I'm not sure why we jumped so quick to add Fresno and Nevada though. I can't imagine Comcast held the MWC that close on the negotiation.

They are saying its not a protective move - eg conference members leaving, etc. Sounds more BCS & television contract.

I dont care what Thompson says though I think it was PARTLY a preventative measure.
But that said he said that it was a unanimous vote with BSU included. IF BYU were thinking about moving to the WAC for all sports other than football why would they vote to basically kill the WAC? To me this pretty much says BYU is staying put. IMO the whole thing is just a product of the bitchyass UTAH media.

My wife got one for her, my dad and I at the University book store I believe. Ive seen them at the brown and gold outlet but they were like 20 bucks as opposed to 8 at the book store. I see people that have the thick outline one too but I like this one for how easy to see it is yet I barely even notice its in my rearview. :thumb:

It has been OK lately, a very slow start on the Kokes because of the cold spring. I also think those darn ling are starting to have a negative impact on the fishery. Although, ice fishing for rainbows is still outstanding from first ice for about 2 months.
