This is a serious issue. Obviously, by somebody taking the video down, they realized it. Granted DC was largely in the wrong, and acted like an idiot. That would make sense, but it wasn't a Root cameraman (I don't believe)...and not sure Root could copyright any non-live / non-game action. I know there was footage on Root, but not that footage. Correct?
Correct on the Root footage, but most of those television contracts copyright a window of time on the field. That means no one but Root could broadcast or distribute A/V images of on-field action in that window. Do a google of Brian Jerman. He is the Director of Falcon Vision as well as video coordinator. There are a couple of small bmp images of him holding a camera. Pretty chickenshit to put it up on youtube.
As a disclaimer...I don't condone DCs rant, but in all fairness...i'm sure he didn't expect to be fucked twice in the same game by a hijacked video...

The guy used to be a sports anchor for one of the local channels here in the Springs and did the Fisher DeBerry coaches show when he was the coach. Oh, and yes he is a douchenozzle.
