When Shyatt was hired, I really did not like it. I complained and grumbled, thinking to folks like Gillespie and others that could be a "wow" hire. Well, it appears Gillespie was a "wow" hire, but in the wrong way. Also, it is abundantly clear that Shyatt is the right man to run Poke basketball.

As such, I would ask the kind lady at the KFC (Kentucky Fried Crow) to give me the 12 piece extra crispy in a bucket. I will also take a side of mutton, some Rebel, a heaping helping of Aztec and other assorted choices from the MWC...after Shy and the boys whip up a batch or two of each!

i was in the Denver airport this past Friday Evening, flying to the UW-Oregon game and I had to use the rest room and when i can out i saw a guy eyeing my Pokes gear and it was Coach Shyatt, I introduced myself told him i was even a bigger fan of UW Bball and loved what he was doing over there, we had a quick talk, and I really have even more respect for him, he was heading to Calif for another recruiting trip, and he laughed when I asked him if he lived at DIA, lol. I so can't wait for this season and many others, Papa Shyatt's our man....GO POKES
