Isn't it time for the fans of the FCS teams on our schedule

The Weber fans have been on ChampionshipSubdivision.com the last few weeks talking up their program and how they kept it "so close" last time we played. Yawn.

I would love to open the playbook against one of these teams and smash their guts in, but the fact of the matter is, you don't bring out the cannons when you only need a .30-06. So most of these games the scoreboard is closer than it should be.

Why were we able to crush App State ULM Utah State etc. back in the day, with teams that are much worse, but now it seems we cant blow those teams out?

I think we are guilty of the same thing when we talk about the Texas game and referring to our 1st half. I think we will beat both of them, but it isn't out of the realm of possibility that we lose.

If you look at our last matchup with Weber it wasn't close.. they did most of their scoring in the 4th quarter.. and their QB turned the ball over 5 times or something.

IN the Weber game our D went into prevent mode and quit blitzing almost the entire second half. That allowed them back into the game. Had the D stayed aggressive with the starters in we would have won going away.

Weber did almost beat CSU though

Plus, that Weber team was loaded with D2 studs. I remember their QB was highly ranked, same with their RB, and their stud WR from that year was drafted.

Regardless, the game wasn't that close as many have mentioned. It took a couple big plays from them late to make it close.

Or one could go to BobcatFans.com and do some talkin'.
I am here now but unfortunately I and most likely no other Bobcats will be here to talk trash. Also, you will waste your time on Bobcatfans as it is basically a dead site. Bobcatreport.com is where everyone migrated to. It is a great site with less moderation(i.e. possibility of some nudity and vulgar language). As long as you are not a complete ass you will be welcomed with open arms.

I think Wyoming wins both its FCS games by at least 2 TDs, but I think the WSU/TSU fans deserve a break here. Lets be real for a second......3-9 with losses to UNLV and New Mexico don't exactly scream "blowout win" over two FCS schools. Considering Wyoming has gone toe-to-toe with North Dakota State, Weber State, and Southern Utah and just edged them out in the last few years, I could see why these FCS fans will think they'll be competitive.

Just went there, don't join, but there's NO nudity on there. :liar:

Oh, I have been to San Marcos in 1989. Not impressed. No mountains and I'm not talking about the ones on the women there either!

Never upset a Wyoming fan when you claim to have nudity on your site and find out that said site has none.

We're NOT CSU fans, fatcat, we're actually smart!

If you will notice I said "possibility of some nudity". That was merely a warning for the types of things that can be seen on there. Some of the site is nsfw that is all. Haha, sorry to disappoint.

Weber is NOT D2. They're FCS, or formally what was called 1AA. Division 2 is completely different.
