I don't believe we won a conference road game last year and lost 2 x to air force. I can't possibly see us winning, which is a very sad thing to say, considering Air Force is hardly a power. I'd love to take Wyoming on the moneyline +225 as they have had a week to practice. However, a whole week to get further confused by the inane strategy of HS may make the team even worse, if that's possible.

I think you have the situation pegged. I would say today's game is a preview of the mw tournament play in game. A game we will be in for the 3d time in 4 years. And, I might add, a game we will lose for the 3d time in 4 years.
 
It is easy to see all that talent you guys keep talking about. Bring Gillespie in and you won't see a single one of these guys on the floor in two years. Frankly, they suck.

Nope. I came to my senses and bet AF -6. I hate betting against Wyo. but under hs, we are an automatic loss on the road, and usually by big numbers.

Now, I have a little dough to play with tomorrow. Any ideas? I kind of like the Bears on the moneyline at +165. I like Pittsburg straight up. Pro football is not my bag but I always like a home dog. Can never bet against Pittsburg. Roethlisberger is awfully good in the playoffs. What do you think Lax?

I saw the bears were a home dog and I'd take +165. I'd guess the steelers are -2.5 or something like that?

We have D2 talent. Jackson and maybe Waddell are the only players on the team that would see minutes on any other team in the league. Honestly, a new coach will have to bring in a whole new team of Jc players and whoever else he can get. I've never seen a team so utterly devoid of any basketball instincts or ability.
 
Have to be careful when betting Wyoming as we're now 7-7 against the spread so far this year. This is skewed because of our over-performance at home. Safest bet in America right now is against Wyoming when they're on the road. Betting against Wyoming as a home dog is a path to ruin, no matter how shitty we all know this team is.

Also worth noting is that Wyoming has been over the Over/Under number just 4 times this season. With the way we shoot 3's and struggle to score taking the under in every game is looking better and better from here on out.

Take Wyoming's road opponents to cover from here on out, always hedge by taking the Under, and you will be in good whiskey from now until early March.

Are you the same "thecup" that posts on the other board? If so, I really have liked your posts and share your frustration (as I think we all do) with the utter collapse of our once proud bb program.
