Who the hell was saying Linder can’t coach and talking shit because we had one loss? Talk about some stupid nonsense. This isn’t how to keep a good coach around. Obviously it will be like that wherever he goes but damn , if we want him to stay we can’t have people bitching because of one loss, especially this year.

I haven't heard or seen a bad word about him. Linder must be searching the internet pretty hard for such stuff. Maybe he's trying to motivate himself and the team in some perverse way.

Nah. I saw a couple of comments myself. Not sure where else there is some but I saw some bitching about them not being ready to play and a bunch of nonsense.

People need to stfu and save it for when it really needs to be said.

Not that there weren't plenty of other avenues to do it, but with sports betting on your phone, the anger runs deeper when a gambler loses a bet.

I know people get pissed during games, but c'mon.

It amazes me that coaches read this stuff. Bohl seems to have gone down that rabbit hole in the last couple of years.
 
I actually know now who it was.

It was people who bet on the game and had Wyoming and lost bets and their money.

Not even Wyoming fans. Linder probably didn’t realize that, since he isn’t thinking about the gambling aspect of it.

Of course. Having spent more time than I should in sportsbooks, it never ceases to amaze me how gamblers rip players and coaches for their losing bets. Add alcohol to the mix and the attacks get really vicious. I would advise coach Linder and his family to stay off social media.
