With covid granting everyone an extra year of eligibility our seniors(the 2 Hunters) don't have to leave. So that means, either the coaches are preparing for a transfer or they already know one of our seniors is done after this season.

You would think our team would all want to come back next year, because they'll be in the mix for a trophy.

It will be interesting to see how this one pans out.

One of those should end it after this year, the other should stay and play. :thumb:

It's hard to disagree with that but at least Thompson deserves credit for sticking with it through all the negativity and giving his heart/effort to his home state.

Totally agree with your sentiment, he will end up holding this team back if he stays (somewhat that is) - always good to have solid players to practice against.

Yeah, we'll see. They might not be expecting either of the seniors to leave and are just recruiting a guy expecting someone to transfer at the end of the season.

I guess it's nice for the coaches to have that flexibility. If a senior wants to leave, we already have a guy signed. If a guy transfers, we already have a guy signed. If both occur, the coaches might be able to talk the senior into staying.
