Yep. I've been saying, things in the first couple years would probably be pretty painful. And when he get his guys in, we should be doing better. Right now, I think Wick, May, Nzeocha, Mertens, Van Maanen, Rufran, and Claiborne are the only ones really up to par right now from DC's group. Others do try hard and play their heart out (Kirk, Gentry, White, special teams), show flashes at times, but not quite up to par, which some blame can fall on the previous staff for that, since they never really bothered to develop players. But positions like the o-line (which has been a weakness for sometime now, a lot of that going on the previous staff that failed to do anything with them), secondary (which has basically regressed, as many started out promising but got worse over the year, with Burns the prime example, but DC didn't care one bit about defense), and other positions and players are just not where they should be, especially after DC had 5 years to recruit and develop players, which he never really did. For the most part, they had to do that on their own.
