Interesting, CSU Safety. Was not happy with the coaching changes. From the little film I saw looks like ha has a quick first step and is a good hitter.

Was thinking the same. After looking at the three D2 QB’s offered I liked Hughes the best.
Except for the elite of the FBS, there is not as big of a drop off when you get guys 3-4 years past high school that needed more development time to grow and play the game against better players. As we all saw in the FCS championship game there are a number of athletes that are better than many of the ones recruited to Wyoming - especially on offense. High motor skills and cerebral application to the game can replace various natural physical attributes when that type of player doesn’t execute assignments well.
A 6’ 200 lb QB that can run and throw…
OR
A 6’4” 230 lb QB that doesn’t run or throw well…
That’s a dilemma - who makes the plays!
