In the midst of the [justified] turmoil at this point...let's take a minute to recognize Hoyland.

Johnny Red Shoes tied the single-season record for FGs at UW at 20, hit only twice before (1996 and 2001). And he did it on his third 50+ yarder of the season, in a crucial game. He's got a very good chance at breaking that record outright against Fresno State.

He's also on a good pace, with his remaining eligibility, to shatter to the all-time career FG record at Wyoming in the future. (Our lack of offensive production and thus PAT opportunities may cost him the all time points record, unfortunately.)

I know we're all in a, uh, state of being right now...but let's remember and celebrate this young man's accomplishments.
