Improvement to Sound System at the War

What would you rather listen to? I dont wanna hear country music at a football game, it doesn't get me pumped. Hearing ''Enter Sandman'' gets, not only the crowd, but the players pumped for the game as an intro.

They should mix up the music from year to year. I went to the Nebraska/Mizz a few weekends ago and wish UW had an atmosphere/music/entertainment like they have for their homecoming game...I know I know we dont have grads like Chuck Liddell there, but the least we could do is bring back John Wendling for homecoming. The Buffalo Bills had a bye this past weekend and JW is easily the best special-teams playmaker the Bills have.

I'm really sick of the stupid crap they have during the timeouts/tv timeouts... the ''hit of the week'', the ''poke pictures'', and lastly that G'D 3 helmets thing...pathetic. Look I'm a diehard, and I'll be one of few students going to the homegames from hear-on out, I just don't wanna lose and sit through sh*tty timeout entertainment...especially in 65mph gusts of wind where trash and dirt is flying into the stands.

Of course you wouldn't like country music at a football game, your a student. What person our age likes country? Well of course I do, being from nashville! but if they call that pop they are putting out nowadays country, it's crap.

But we are the Wyoming FREAKING COWBOYS. So I think playing some good country is a great idea!

I can see how you being from nashville would work out...

BUT

if I'm gonna go to the game and cheer my @ss off only to see us get rocked by 30+ points...i dont wanna suffer through the poor entertainment. period.

and if they're gonna play country, play some Garth Brooks..no more Chris Ledoux..i'm not from wyoming, i dont care for his stuff.. (even tho i know i'll get some heat for saying that)

There's music at football games? When I'm at a game, I rarely, if ever, notice things happening in the background on video boards, sound, etc. I'm there to watch football, not be entertained.

Chris Ledoux has been a favorite of mine since I started listening to music. The guy is from Wyoming and I see no problem with them using a music star from their own state. At least I can understand the words rather than some of that stuff that is played. Listening to some guy shouting to the same beat over and over get's old, believe me I know; I warmed up to that crap for many many games over the years. Can't say it ever pumped me up.

This was supposed to be some form of a joke. If the Offense and Special teams continue to play like the Keystone Cops, may as well play the music to go along with it.

They could play Opera and nobody would give a crap as long as the Pokes were winning.
