We're starting to get the bodies to start pushing the pace offensively.

We've got a lot of length and athleticism with Nance, Haldorson, and Cooke. We got a couple of slick passing gaurds with good hands. We've got rebounders.

We just don't have depth.

Still, you can see it coming. Billy Ball at altitude.

Guards- Josh Adams, Grabau, Gilmore, Martinez, Shakir Smith, Jack Bentz, Sobey, Hankerson
Forwards/Center- Leonard, Nance, Sellers, Hardloson, Derek Cooke

Yes many of them are newbies to the team but we will a lot more depth than last year. Either Josh Adams or Gilmore will be coming in off the bench. Grabau... Idk about him. We were all really excited about him last season when Shy recruited him, but now we don't even know if he will be playing much or at all.
Same goes for Shakir Smith. Will he play much?
Then our bigs Leonard is a bad ass (if he plays next year) Nance is a future #1 overall pick and sellers hardloson and cooke are all gonna be very solid players.

Any depth more than last year is going to be awesome for us. Our starters will be very good, and if the bench is even half way solid we can compete for the MWC

We don't have the depth as far as bodies that can run and push the Billyball style that Shyatt wants to employ.

Realistically, we don't have much depth anyway. We have talent, but with little experience, we're lacking depth.

We're really lacking depth when it comes to bodies that can run the floor.

Agreed Junky. We don't have the personnel, especially in the backcourt, to push the tempo just yet.

A lot of question marks and a lot of underclassmen, but I think we knew that's where we would stand this year after the players that left last year (Jackson, MBaye, Hudson, Gibson, Harrison) and with a fairly large 2012 senior class (Waddell, Watsabaugh, Muojeke, Bouedo, Luster, Cruz).

I think the future is bright, but there will be a learning curve for a lot of these young players.
