So not only are we okay with a Wyoming team giving up and quitting, we are actually encouraging it? Really?

What is to be gained by a first round loss in the CBI? This season has been circling the drain for a month. May as well just let it go down the pipe.

"We are who we are."

Good attitude buddy.

WSU shouldn't have made the CBI last year and almost won the thing. Thats why.

I wonder if teams hang a banner if they win the CBI. "We're No. 100!"

Latest bracketology's have 5 MWC teams in.....funny, the team that's starting to sweat a little bit is SDSU....

I wonder if teams hang a banner that says "Things got tough, we gave up!"

or "Life's hard, why try?"

maybe "Handouts? Who has any?"

I'm kinda glad I didn't win that trip to Vegas, I can't see us making much noise this year...hope I'm wrong!!!

We'll probably get a CBI invite again I'm fine with that so the younger guys can get some more experience.

MWC gets 5 in. UNM will be no worse than a 4 seed. UNLV maybe 6 or 7 seed, CSU could go from 8-10, SDSU will be 8-10 and Boise State will make it in as well. They have beaten Creighton, LSU, Wyo (when we were ranked), UNLV and now CSU. I think they will be a low seed, but will be in. ANd out of their eight losses only two were bad, Utah and Nevada.

Wyoming, after the AFA loss today will probably be a lone NIT team and AFA CBI. Or quite possibly no NIT teams and Wyo and AFA both get CBI.
So.....AFA beat UNM today....if they can pull off a shocker over UNLV on Wednesday, could the MWC sneak 6 teams in?

No, AFA isn't even really close. They need to win the conference tourney to receive a bid.
