Hawaii football in particular is more screwed than we are!!!!!

They don't have an "actual" stadium anymore and have been using a practice field (no joke) as a make-shift stadium until a new one is build.

I could see the politicians there in Hawaii going, "well since UH can't move up in the world, why bother funding a brand new stadium." Hawaii's football team could be dead by the end of the decade.

Before anyone asks...Aloha Stadium got condemned around 2019-20.

Unless you're Notre Dame, you're screwed as an Indy. There's a reason why both Army and Navy are in the American Athletic and UMASS is heading back to MAC in 2025. UCONN could very well end up in the Big 12.

I understand what you're saying. It's Hawaii. I get it but, politics over there make what's going on in Washington, D.C. look like a picnic.

I've heard from Hawaii alumni with some knowledge that they would have problems scheduling in October and November, even travelling on the road to the mainland for every game.
