I guess the coaching salaries are in the 1.5 to 2 million range with the assistant salaries dwarfing what DC's guys we're getting. We should be able to put together a quality staff and keep them here. Hell, they stayed in Fargo(French for asscrack) for years.

In addtion, a private plane will really help recruiting.

Now, finish this off by making it easy to transfer to UW and doubling the recruiting budget and we have real hope of winning some MWC titles SOON.

Man, I hope this is real.

Seems like a good hire. I hope he brings a kickass staff. We need the best dozen or so coaches we can get.

Fargo is probably much nicer than Laramie.

Congrats though, if your fanbase and AD have the patience for a rebuilding year or two, it should be a tremendous hire. Hopefully we'll see you in the top25 in a couple years.

Laramie is French for frozen taint, so don't think I'm putting you down. I love frozen taint and asscrack. The point is, Fargo's weather and remoteness have prepared him and his staff for Laramie.

So, Fargo is native for going far past the taint? Geographically, that would put it smack dab in the center of....well, we get the picture...

The last time Bohl played CSU, he beat them. Just digging through the records, he has embarrassed quite a few FBS teams. I don't think we are going to be losing to Cal Poly any time soon.

I love it. We haven't been Cowboy Tough in twenty years. That's the problem. I do believe if we give Bohl the tools, he can and will be successful in Laramie. I'll take power pro-set and tough 4-3 any day of the week. It's old school and it will work with all the defenses geared to stop the spread and the offenses attempting to run high tempo.

The increased financial support and private plane is big. It's really big. Hopefully, this isn't all. We need a lot more financial support and we need it yesterday.

I also read that Bohl has his own license to fly, he just needs the plane. If all is true, Sternberg's little consultant group definitely made an impact on Burman

It definitely pulled up his skirt. We've all known the problem for years. So does he. The report put it under a spotlight. Now everyone knows that Burman knows what he needs to be successful. If he doesn't deliver those things he'll get canned and we'll find someone that can deliver those things.
