The UW coaching staff had 5 (very high) scissor lifts at practice today on the (former) tailgate park grassy area. I had never seen anything like that at Wyoming before.

Also - pretty decent QB article from Gags today: http://www.wyosports.net/university...cle_8f41c842-416f-11e5-b7ac-43b7a500233b.html

Part of the article is missing online, from the WTE - it was an update on the horrific day Josh Allen had yesterday, with a couple of picks, etc. Will be interesting to watch this position the next few weeks...a solid QB can go a long ways. Grayson took what was a fairly shitty CSewe team to 10 wins...

Grayson was more than solid though. Top recruit, flirted with elite stats, drafted in the 3rd round. Those QBs rarely come around at the G5 level.

Good article though. Almost seems to insinuate that Bohl might toy with the idea of platooning with nobody stands out.

A good QB can take us to a bowl this season.

Additionally, I think we're in for some good surprises this season. Bohl has mentioned several times that he thinks we're a better football team. Bohl, the staff, and many players have commented about the "loss of fat and increase in lean muscle" and that we're quicker, smarter and know what we're doing. After this season there's going to be a lot of ppl on the Bohl Bandwagon.

We have a weak schedule and I think better offense.

We don't face that many good offenses, so our inexperience on D shouldn't be a big deal other than games like BSU.

I'll be pretty disappointed if our record isn't better than last year.

"UW nearly did it last season as senior starter Colby Kierkegaard started every game. He missed some time in a 63-14 home loss to Boise State in the second-to-last game with an ankle injury, but he returned the following week to finish out the season at New Mexico."

At that point, Sam Stratton played. Testament how weak our QB situation was...(is?)
