Idaho Game

At this point you have to bench Svoboda. I think you lose the locker room if you don’t. They’ll say all the right things about him publicly but they have eyes like we do. He’s awful. Idaho BEGGED Wyoming to win this game with the dropped interceptions, ridiculous fourth down attempts that gave Wyoming great field position, and playing a second and third string quarterback. And they STILL couldn’t win. An FCS schools backup QB is better than our starter. Let that sink in.

I think that's right. I remember when Bohl stubbornly stuck with Vanderwahl and we were 2-6 and the offense was generating nothing. Then Chambers came in and gave the offense a real spark. At this point, we have nothing to lose.

There was also the year that we started pretty good but then chambers went like 7 quarters without scoring and it was too late before Williams came in

Bohl did that because Chambers was only running scout team up until that point in practice. He didn't know the offense and had zero reps with the first team. Sean didn't get any Wyo offense reps until mid-season.
 
Why.....why do we lose to fcs teams at home, maybe we belong in that league, afterall what does D1 truly do for us anymore??? We ain't going anywhere but sideways like always....grrrrrrr
 
I had to go to a wedding this afternoon and evening so I recorded the game and just finished watching it. The frustration with this team has been beat to death so there’s not much to add.

The “sold out” War sure didn’t look sold out. And after this debacle the only people who will show up will be those with free tickets from someone who has given up on the season.
 
Just read that a semi crash closed I-80 near Rawlins today and that may have prevented some people from getting to Laramie for the game.

It was sold out all right. Tons and tons there. I’ve never seen the west stands that full
