I80 closure

As of now (12:30) I80 is closed due to accident between Cheyenne and Laramie (fog) and Happy Jack is open to local traffic only. Does anyone know if they're letting traffic through to Laramie on Happy Jack?

Probably also has to do with high winds. Even in town, there's quite a bit of wind.

But for Happy Jack, probably depends on where the accident was.

They just opened up the Eastbound it looks like, so I imagine you could take Happy Jack unless they are not allowing people through. You can always try and tell them you're going to Laramie.
