+1. Laramie is the perfect distance from "civilization". Any time I'm in traffic on I-25 I want to self immolate. However, Clemson is only 30 miles from Greenville, SC and right in the middle of a metro area of over 800,000 people...all within a closer drive than Cheyenne is to Laramie.

Why anyone would want to live in an urban area without being forced to is beyond me.
