let's try and be as positive as possible. Brow beating the Hell out of these kids is not going to accomplish anything . I have played and coached a lot of sportsteams and I have never had kids show up not to win. There is something broken real bad with the football team and as much as I dislike Burman (Randy W. should of been the AD) he'll fix it at the end of the season. I wished to hell Joe could be our coach for alonger time but that ain't going to happen.

Burman wont fix this at the end of the season. He will hire another "buddy" to come in like Schroyer and set us back even furhter. But, on the up side, it will be a needed change to make people think that the University is trying to do something. The only thing I can say is that it is going to be a while before the Cowboys get back to DI potential. Joe needs to go this week. At a minimum, if I was Joe, Cole would be fired by tonight. This is exactly why Cole was fired from his last job. And yet, we (me included) thought Cole could come in and change this program. Hind site is 20/20. If he couldnt get it done at his old team, why did we honestly expect him to get it done with this one?

You are right about Burman and his buddies but either way Glenns gone which IMHO is too bad in the sense that it would have been nice to win with Glenn.
