on this team? IMHO we do. So if it is your third year the present players are mostly yours. Therefore is
it not a coach’s job to get the team playing well together and ready to play each game or are you just a facilitator and the players figure all this out on their own.

I think it's a little (maybe a lot) of both examples. What I see is extreme attitudes on some prima-donna players and on the coach. I can't help but wonder how Bobby Knight would handle a situation like this and how this team would look with him as coach.
