I see UW just announced

we won't miss these guys. Berry is a big QB, but now that he has been moved to LB I wonder if he would have lasted anyway. He saw ACS and realized his future at Wyo wasn't going to be a QB.

Morgan has issues.

Coach C is preaching being Cowboy Tough. If they aren't, go play intramurals.
 
Agreed. Almost everyone we sign is a three star or a highly rated two star recruit. We're still going to have scholarships to give out after all is said and done this season. We can only award 25 scholarships a year. That means that these two sholarships will be filled next season. I expect with a softer schedule and the increased revenue from the luxury boxes, increased season ticket sales, and renovated concessions, DC is going to have a big recruiting year next season.

I actually think this is going to help us more then it hurts.
 
I was looking forward to Barry being a Cowboy.. I think he had tremendous upside, but sometimes, a guy just wants to play, and in this case, a Cowboy LB wasn't in his future.

Boise at home, they will be returning practically their whole team
@Toledo? That is what I found, not sure on this game, but if so, a decent enough MAC team that destroyed CU
and Southern Utah at home.

Doesn't look much easier than this years schedule.

Conference schedule could be a little better but its really a wash to me
road games at UNM, UNLV, BYU and TCU.
home games AFA, Utah, SDSU, and CSU

True. I forgot we have Boise AND Texas next year. Ouch.
 
I am absolutely jacked for the Boise game next yeaar a win against them could go a long ways!!! and is Toledo in Laramie?
 
I can't stand boise st. I can't wait for the day they fall back to reality, or do something stupid and get caught by the ncaa. If they move to the mwc I would then get to say my 3 least favorite teams all play in our conference

There is more to the story than appeared in the media...but it comes down to style & playing time for the most part. Same with Barry.

I'm with you. They have turned into a bunch of arrogant pricks (talking about the fans more than anything.) I've even read opinions that they would steamroll the MWC and that they should just move to the PAC-10. I would LOVE to have the opportunity to see UW destroy them every year!
 
Donate probably should just be gone, period. What a disappointment he has been. Anyone know what the real facts are behind this suspension? There has certainly been a stunning drop-off in talent and effort from our receiving corps in the last 5 or so years.

I am not surprosed to hear about Berry, but certainly wish him the best. I can understand his desire to move on. But Orth was a surprise. I'm sure he has his own reasons and I dont criticize him. But I am confused as to why he woulld leave now? Wouldn't it be better to finish out the semester/season? Anyone add some insight on this?
 
Orth had played in almost every game this year and started in one as a Redshirt Freshman. I thought he would start next year frankly. I think there is more here than playing time frankly.

but I wish them the best.
